At Afterfound, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original packaging where applicable

Returned with any included accessories

Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions when a return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within the thirty-day return period, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where they are:

Used or damaged after delivery

Clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
